How to extract video fragments from DVD movies and to create one DVD (with several video clips) ?
How to copy fragments from DVD movies and then burn one DVD?

Download, unzip and install freeware DVD Shrink software: dvdshrink32setup.zip
1) Rip all clips from the DVDs with DVD Shrink.
a) Click on Open Disk.
b) Select your DVD Drive.
c) Click on Re-author.
d) In DVD Browser select the main movie and double click on it to add it to DVD Structure to the left (you could also select any Extra scenes, just select it under Extra and check in the preview window so you know what it is).
e) Select the first Title.
f) Click on "Set Start/End Frames" (Icon on Re-authored DVD panel).
g) Set the Start, where the clip should start.
h) Set the End, where the clip should end.
i) Press OK.
j) Click on Compression Settings (be sure that the first Title is selected under the DVD Structure).
k) Keep all audio tracks and subtitles.
l) Click on Backup.
m) Select Hard Disk Folder.
n) Make a new folder.
o) Hit OK to rip, it will only take a few minutes or seconds.
Repeat these steps for all DVDs. Remember to make a new folder for each video clip when you Backup.
2) Burn one final DVD.
a) Select File -> Close all opened DVDs.
b) Select Re-author again.
c) Select the first DVD clip folder you made
d) Double-click on the first Title to add it to the DVD Structure to the left, repeat this step for all your DVD clips.
e) Hit Backup to burn the DVD.
That's all.
