Hi. I was just wondering if there was a free software I could download that can convert .flv or .swf files back to videos like AVI or WMV.

Step 3. Drag and drop your FLV file to the window of the FLV Extract tool. Video will be saved as AVI file (your_flv_filename.avi), audio will be saved as MP3 file (your_flv_filename.mp3).
Step 4. Now, it's necessary to mix together audio MP3 and video AVI without quality loss: Click here to download AVI Mux GUI (freeware)
Step 5. Unzip the AVI-Mux_GUI-1.17.7.zip file and launch AVIMux_GUI.exe
Step 6. Drag and drop the extracted avi file to the open files area at the top of the window. Select the avi file and click generate data source from files.
Step 7. Drag and drop the extracted mp3 file to the same area.
Step 8. Click the start button at the bottom right part of the screen, enter filename. AVI will be mixed with MP3.
